Looking for a Sweet Quarter Horse to Buy (Carmel Valley for sale in Monterey, California

Hello! I am looking for a sweet and gentle quarter horse to purchase in the age range of about 6 to 12 and one with experience in the arena and on trails. I owned a horse when I was young and now that the kids are grown and gone I am wanting to own my own again. I have been leasing a horse for the past 7 months and am ready to make a purchase....I just need to find my dream horse! I have a wonderful place to keep the horse, a trainer to work with us, and time. I am interested in possibly doing ranch versatility so a horse that would be good for this would be a huge plus. The place I will be boarding at is right off of Garland Park so I want a horse that is good on trails both alone or with others. I want a horse that does it all, ties, clips, loads in a trailer easily, etc. Mare or gelding. I am only interested in a sound horse and will do a vet check before purchase. Even though I owned a horse when I was younger and have leased for several months now, I feel like I am still just a confident beginner so I am looking for a horse I can grow with. This horse will have a great home and LOTS of love, so if you have a horse or know of one that seems to fit this, please let me know.
